Another thing that rocks is Jeloff rice and patterned skirts hence the pic below. We did not plan outfits (btw lol) but we tend to dress my the same principles... only 1 slutty item at a time and with patterns keep it simple. I bought my skirt at the start of the summer from Topshop for a reasonable £35, my tops a H&M basic (£3) and this outfit got rinsed like the migraine skank.

Guilty Pleasures
It’s been the longest! So much to write about but before we start, I feel should ensure we’re all on the same page. It is prime time season at the moment and all are favourite Mean Girls are back on our screens.
My favourite intro into US shallow time TV this season has to be Roxy Olin the new bad gal in black in The City. Whitney Ports new BFF has already bagged a job at Peoples Revolution, blagged a sofa to kip on and had the police called on her soirée after BB broadcasting her house party invite to her whole phonebook (which she denied).
And YAY -Olivia Palermo is even bitchier than before. After deciding she could no longer stand to be on screen at the same time as Whitney, she has been promoted to accessories editor for Elle. How these rich bitches get hook ups! Her interview was a joke, her first task finding clothes for a TV slot was dire and then she went all DIVA on her manager telling her if she didn’t like her work she could do it herself! It was like WTF this chick is unreal but doesn’t her outfit rock and I’m totally loving her hair flick as she strutted out of the office in a huff.
The City, Season 1, Part 2
Episode 1 Sleeping With The Frenemy
Episode 2 Working Girls
Episode 3 It’s All Who You Know
Episode 4 Meet the Fackelmayers
The Hills after the Speidi marriage has been interesting. I have totally forgotten Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari is much more interesting. She has already bitch beefed Audrina, rode Justin Bobby (‘s bike), intimidated Broody’s playmate and completely upped the ante. At last we have episodes that do not repeat the line ‘You know what you did!’. However how long this format will last is questionable as ratings are down two thirds since Conrad’s departure.
A The Hills, Season 5, Episode 14
Justin Bobby gets romantic
As for Gossip Girl, Chuck and Blair are together, Dan and Serena aren’t and Rufus and Lilly are practically married. I’m not gone bait any spoilers but for those of you who are watching for the clothes OMFG the clothing budget must have been trebled Blair is THE Park Avenue every outfit she wears is off the hook in a big way. Also Jenny’s panda eye chic is very sexy though her hair could do with a trim!
Episode 1 Reversals of Fortune
Episode 2 The Freshman
Episode 3 The Lost Boy
Episode 4 Dan De Fleurette
Episode 5 Rufus Getting Married
Episode 6 Enough About Eve

Kanye: Stylist?

It was only a few weeks ago when Kanye said "I don't do interviews anymore" and yet he was back clucking on about his GF , Amber Rose, doing her first photoshoot for Ford Models. Now I wonder whether her shoot was in fact the October personal style issue US Elle's creative director, Joe Zee, told FWD Kanye had styled.

WooooHoooo Travis Barker!!! (The Game too)

The Game's new track is good, but I was more excited that my favourite drummer who inspired my pubescent lip piercing (before they were popular) features in the video.
For those who don't know Travis Landon Barker is the drummer of Blink 182, incredibly hot and talented, he nearly died last year in a plane crash and is mid divorce to former Miss USA Shanna 'Knocked Paris Hilton the Fuck Out' Moakler. He has also worked on albums with Pharrell, Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna and T.I and produced well recieved remixes for Soulja Boy and Flo Rida.
He is also in a band with Paul Wall called Expensive Taste, they have realised a mixtape so far

Here's Jamie Foxx's BET performance with Barker on Drums
And Barker doing a solo on a snare drum
And FINALLY The Games new track - Dope Boys

I must say, I think his flow is Deeeeeeeeeeeeecent, and i am loving the pink hair too lol

Started with a Video, ended with a Rant
It seems that the music industry is full of too many dickheads especially certain casting directors who like to try and make sure that every video is full of models with benefits, put you to the back of the shoot if your not mixed enough regardless of the the actual directors brief and don't know how to keep their politics out of making a banging video.
Now whilst this isn't the case for this video (it doesn't need to feature eye candy), what is relevant is the attitude of the cockface hanger on who starts doing some irrelevant shout out to the 'pineapple and Porto Rican girls' at the start of the film.
Behind the Scenes of My Life- The Game and Lil' Wayne
Now I got many a fair skin bedrins so this is NOT A HATING THING it is a groan. The clip is meant to be a behind the scenes look at how the video is made so why the fuck is this guy not talking about music, video theme, location or anything with the slightest bit of relevance??
Another dick to make dumbass remarks of a racial nature is Kanye West who in an interview in Essence magazine said 'If it wasn't for race mixing, there would be no video girls.' and 'Me and most of my friends like mutts a lot...yeah in the hood they call them mutts.'. This is straight up racist and something you would except from some BNP nutter not from the same guy who in a live public announcement claimed 'Bush doesn't care about black people' WTF????
This type of bull is rather common in the US and is rather derogatory to mixed race and fair skin females. Whilst not widely reported by the media it was a very well known fact that during the Rodney King LA Race Riots many mixed race women and girls were beat up and raped as a form of group punishment for being of a mixed decent. This is a sign of the problem of myths becoming truths, slave traders notoriously used divide and conquer tactics and these opinions have now been imprinted into a nations conscience It is also a form of racial discrimination especially if someone like this guy is assisting with casting. Unfortunately it seems as though it may be getting more common in the UK industry.
It aint cool, like going for a interview at Sainsbury's, modelling is a job which should be applicable to the normal employment laws in the country. How can an Artist be taken seriously when this is the attitude of their production team - PEOPLE TALK. Video's are commercial tool used to sell an artists product, a song, to the mass market, it is not a dating tool, its business.
Speaking to a model friend who has travelled the world in her work, I asked her what she though about the professionalism of music videos and she spoke of how she felt that the UK urban industry will go nowhere if it continues as it is. She felt that as a model it was hard for her to take a shoot seriously when there are so many unpaid girls on set slowing down production as they are not professionals. She spoke of number of hoes willing to show face without pay increasing, thus making it harder for professional models to get good rates to do a much better job. How many of you have looked at a Channel AKA video and thought this will never be on Base not due to the song being poor but because of the videos low quality. This does not make sense.
Behind the Scenes of You're A Jerk - New Boys
Jerk on People!!!
La Toya Jackson - MICHAEL WAS MURDERED
She referred to his 'shadowy entourage' using Michael for financial gains, and pumping the fragile singer with drugs for some time as a means to control him. In controlling him, La Toya talked of how the stars entourage isolated the artist from his family and real friends and that it was these people who convinced him to sign up for that 50 date concert. Of the concert his sister said ‘Less than a month ago, I said I thought Michael was going to die before the London shows because he was surrounded by people who didn’t have his best interests at heart.
‘Michael was worth more than a billion dollars. When anyone is worth that much money, there are always greedy people around them. I said to my family a month ago, “He’s never going to make it to London.” He was worth more dead than alive.’ She believes that they exploited MJ, using him as a 'cash cow'.
There has been much speculation as to how LA police could convict any of the suspected abusers for murder when MJ had previously been to rehab for substance abuse, and that this case is not one of intentional death by poison or shotgun, however unlike the UK system Californian law allows for murder convictions even when there is no premeditation.
I think that the idea of MJ being murdered will not go away soon considering that the Los Angeles police force have confirmed that they have not ruled out homicide and La Toya's autopsy did find 'four fresh needle marks in his neck'. It is also very troubling to learn that MJ had indeed been using drugs again, however unlike before these were not run of the mill prescription drug like Xanex or Valium that many stars past and present have been known to get hooked on. It has been reported that Jackson was being administered intravenous anaesthetics including Demerol and Diprivan which are only by for patients going into operations.
When searching MJ's house, it was said to be like a pharmacy, police left the property in the days following his death with bags of prescription drugs issued to different allias's in different states. It is due to this the stars medical records have been subpoenaed. Sadly it seems this is not surprising to the family and this is why a private autopsy was carried out. Regarding this La Toya said ‘We want to sit down and compare the two reports before anything is made public. I have a strong idea of what the outcome will be but I cannot say anything at this stage.
‘He had needle marks on his neck and on his arms and more about those will emerge in the next few weeks. I cannot discuss that any further as I may jeopardise the investigation. I can, however, say that I have not changed my mind about my feeling that Michael was murdered.’
This is a sorry state of affairs and it is uncomfortable reading. Could a 51 year old man really be pressured into taking drugs? Can his posse really be charged with murder if MJ was taking the drugs wilfully? How was MJ insured for the concert if he was really in such a bad condition? Can La Toya's word be trusted considering the fact she tried to secretly record a conversation with her sister Janet for a US magazine in the past?

Its All About Girl Power: I <3 Kate Bond
Then the comedian Eddie Kadi produced a skit in which he plays the cheating BF, too funny with a great soundtrack too....
And now Kate has a New Man, has gotten over the trash and wanted to explain exactly why she decided to make the video and the results her youtube moment had

STUNNERS ALERT
Pictures From the CANDY MAG UK @ Studio Valbonne
This party was a hot ticket, the men went buckwild, everyones jaws dropped in amazement gasping -yes the booty is real, and more importantly everyone had put on their most glamorous outfits as the creme of the UK Urban Scene including Kojo, Snakeyman, Sola CEO of Mahogany Models came to see who would be announced the winners of the Candy Mag UK competition and show support for the organisers.
The prize was that the 8 UK models selected (originally 7 until Darden made an executive decision at the last minute) would win a photoshoot and be featured in forthcoming issues of both Summerbunnies.com magazine and the second issue of Candy Mag UK.
Femelle Studios - Kosher and Butterfly Models - Wayne Edwards, joined forces with the CEO of the Summer Bunnies website Dwayne Darden and Buffy the Body to choose the lucky winners.
Much debate proceeded over the selection process and who should have been chosen, what do you think???
